Are you dreaming of a space where you can let go and say what’s true?
• Explore grief, loss, heartbreak, and sorrow
• Learn body-centered mindfulness skills to increase your capacity to be present in your day to day life
• Gain greater intimacy, meaning and joy
What might happen when we are close with ourselves, really intimate, when we can find a place to rest, right in the middle of everything? There is so much possibility.
With 25+ years of clinical experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist in community mental health clinics, hospices, and in private practice, I first came to contemplative practices and compassionate care in my early twenties by way of the Zen Hospice Project. My work is centered around the messy intersections of everyday life and spiritual practice, kindness and humor.
An Upstate New Yorker with a long stint in the Bay Area from 1992-2005, I am a lover of the untamed and weedy. A gardener, writer, meditation instructor, and parent of two young adults, I am happiest with a strong cup of tea in hand, quietly puttering in the garden, walking in the woods, or bantering with family.
